     1980年8月出生,博士,教授,华中科技大学“华中学者”,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,中组部“青年拔尖人才支持计划”、教育部新世纪优秀人才。2007年于西北工业大学获得博士学位,同年进入华中科技大学博士后流动站工作,2009年留校并被评为副教授,2014年被评为教授,在数字制造装备与技术国家重点实验室进行科研工作,2012年到美国西北大学做访问学者。在Nature Communications、Small、Scientific Reports、Nanoscale、Lab Chip、ChemComm、Soft matter、IEEE Trans.、ASME Trans.、JAP等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇(封面/封底论文4篇,影响因子大于5的论文8篇),出版著作2部,受邀撰写英文专著1章,会议论文集1部,获得授权国家发明专利10余项,软件著作权登记1项,获得瑞士日内瓦国际发明金奖、国家自然科学基金委员会优秀结题项目奖。  兼任湖北省人工智能学会常务理事、国家自然科学基金机械学科同行评议专家、《Scientific Reports》编委、《Journal of Nanoscience Letters》编委、ASME会员、IEEE会员等。  

     兼任Nanoscale、Small、Soft Matter、APL、IEEE Trans、ASME Trans、中国科学等期刊审稿人。
